Erik Ludtke is the TKT Midstream's Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. Mr. Ludtke most recently served as Vice President, Gas Marketing and Transportation for North America and Colombia with Talisman Energy, a Canadian based E&P company. Ludtke has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector covering all energy commodities from natural gas, crude oil, LPG's, power and coal and has held various senior level positions with Apache, Peabody, BG Group and Duke Energy. Mr. Ludtke was Director of Marketing for Latin America with the Apache Corporation based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, before assuming the role of U.S. Group Head for Oil and Gas Marketing for the Apache Corporation from 2006 - 2011, after which he joined Peabody Energy as President of the CoalSales, CoalTrade and Global Analytics. Ludtke' experience covers building out marketing groups and development teams from scratch thru managing operations from gas thru power with focus on midstream and downstream marketing activities.
Ludtke has a bachelor of arts degree from Texas A&M University and completed the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in October of 2000 and the International Forum's Wharton Global Leadership Series (East Asia Forum - Kyoto, Japan) in 2001.
Brian Reese is TKT Midstream's Senior Vice President, Operations and is responsible for developing and operating oil & gas gathering, treating and processing projects. Prior to joining TKT Midstream, from 2001 to present, Mr. Reese was responsible for the successful development of approximately $3 billion of capital growth projects in multiple shale producing regions. The types of projects developed under the leadership of Mr. Reese during this time frame while at CenterPoint Energy, Regency Energy Partners, Eagle Rock Energy and Boardwalk Field Services include: long-distance 36" and 42" mainline systems; gathering networks; amine treating & gas processing plants; gas storage fields; and ancillary facilities. Additionally, while at Eagle Rock Energy and Boardwalk Field Services, Mr. Reese also served as the head of Operations with responsibility for field and general office functions. Prior to the 2001, Mr. Reese served as Vice President & Program Manager for TEPSCO providing construction services to customers including Lone Star Gas, TUFCO and Texas Eastern Transmission Company. Additionally, from 1981 to 1998, Mr. Reese served in various positions at MidCon Corporation, a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corp., performing engineering, system planning, field operations and commercial operations functions for affiliated companies; namely Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, MidCon Texas Pipeline, MidCon Gas Products, Stingray Offshore and United Gas Pipe Line Company.
Mr. Reese has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Masters of Management from Northwestern University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
